Nagase–Nippon Express MoU Strengthens Semiconductor Supply Chain at Dholera

Nagase & Co., Ltd. and Nippon Express Co., Ltd. (NX Group) have signed an MoU to build a high-tech supply chain for semiconductor front-end manufacturing materials in Dholera Special Investment Region.

The partnership combines Nagase’s expertise in specialty chemical distribution with NX Group’s global precision logistics capabilities, supporting the rapid industrial growth of Dholera. The initiative aligns with the region’s expanding semiconductor ecosystem, anchored by the $11 billion Tata-PSMC Mega Fab, which has entered the equipment installation phase.

The collaboration will focus on safe handling of hazardous materials, just-in-time deliveries, and proximity-based logistics to support advanced wafer fabrication. This development further reinforces Dholera’s emergence as India’s leading semiconductor and advanced manufacturing hub.
