Stamp duty, on the purchase of the property by the investor, will be charged at 4.90% of sale consideration till any further notification by the Government of Gujarat. G.S.T will be charged as per the Government Regulations. Registration charges will be charged at 1% of the sale consideration of the property for male customers & companies but registration charges will be waived off if the property is purchased in name of a female customer as per the rules laid out by government of Gujarat.
In case if there will be any delay on the part of the government in giving possession, company will not be not liable for action. However, company will accommodate the investor in best possible way to give the comfort level to the investor.
The area, plot number and measurements of plot allotted by the company may vary because of the several aspects as of:
a) Enhancement in unit plans passed or;
b) Amendment/changes in regulations of the area.
c) If any unforeseen situation occurs etc.
The Company shall not be liable for the uncertainties and delay caused by the government or authorities.
The foregoing is subject to the prevailing laws of India and the courts in Ahmedabad shall have the exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute that may arise out of the use of this site.

Customers who make an online booking are eligible to request a cancellation and refund within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days from the date of booking. This period is provided to allow sufficient time for reviewing project-related documents, conducting due diligence, and visiting the project site, if desired.
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to accounts@smarthomesinfra.com within the stipulated 15-day period from the date of booking.
Any request received after the expiry of the 15-day period shall not be eligible for cancellation or refund and will not be entertained.
During the 15-day review period, customers are encouraged to visit the project site and evaluate the investment opportunity in detail.
Should the customer decide to proceed with the purchase, the booking amount/token amount paid shall be adjusted against the total consideration value of the property at the time of allotment or purchase.
If a customer chooses to cancel the booking within the eligible 15-day period, 50% of the booking/token amount paid shall be refunded, and the remaining 50% shall be retained by the Company towards administrative, processing, marketing, documentation, and booking-related expenses incurred.
Refunds, wherever applicable, shall be processed within a reasonable period after verification and approval by the Company.
Once a refund request is received within the eligible refund period and all necessary verifications have been completed, the refund shall be processed within 14 (Fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the refund request.
The refund amount shall be credited only to the same bank account, payment source, or financial instrument from which the original payment was received.
