chevron_rightThe National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for a new interchange at the junction of the Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway and Sardar Patel Ring Road (SP Ring Road) in Ahmedabad.
The proposed project, estimated at ₹124.40 crore excluding GST, will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) model. The interchange is planned to improve traffic movement and provide smoother access between Ahmedabad’s road network and the Dholera corridor.
The 109.019-km Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway, inaugurated in March 2026, has significantly improved connectivity between Ahmedabad and Dholera, reducing travel time to around 45 minutes. The new interchange is expected to further strengthen connectivity to Dholera SIR and its emerging industrial and economic zone.
The project is planned with an 18-month completion period, marking another important infrastructure development along the Ahmedabad-Dholera corridor.
