Dholera Poised for ₹4 Lakh Crore Data Centre Investment Surge

Dholera is fast emerging as India’s next big data centre and digital infrastructure hub, with projected investments exceeding ₹4 lakh crore in the coming years.

Adani Group is expected to lead the transformation with a proposed investment of nearly ₹3 lakh crore for a large-scale data centre development. In addition, other major corporates are likely to invest ₹1–2 lakh crore, strengthening the region’s rapidly expanding digital ecosystem.

The Government of Gujarat has reserved land for a dedicated Data Centre Park and is formulating a progressive data centre policy aligned with central government incentives. Customized benefits are also being planned to attract global and domestic technology players.

Strategically located within the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor, Dholera is positioned as India’s first dedicated semiconductor city. With major industrial, semiconductor, and clean energy investments already underway, the city is set to become a key driver of India’s digital economy and next-generation infrastructure growth.
